Self discovery Resources

The Enneagram

The Enneagram is a powerful tool for self-awareness and personal growth. It identifies nine distinct personality types, each with its own core motivations, conditioned patterns, and pathways for growth. By understanding your Enneagram type, you’ll uncover unconscious habits and behaviors that may be holding you back, allowing you to break free and live more authentically. Through this discovery process, you’ll find clarity and deeper self-awareness, empowering you to move forward in your personal journey with greater ease and fulfillment.

VIA Survey

The VIA (Values in Action) is a model that identifies and categorizes core character strengths. Developed by psychologists Martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson as part of the positive psychology movement, the VIA classification includes 24 character strengths, grouped into six broad categories known as virtues: wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, temperance, and transcendence. The VIA model is helpful because it promotes self-awareness and personal growth by allowing individuals to identify and leverage their core strengths, leading to greater well-being and fulfillment.

Morning Pages

Julie Cameron, the author of The Artist’s Way, shares a powerful practice which she describes as “three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness writing, done first thing in the morning. There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages–they are not high art. They are not even writing. They are about anything and everything that crosses your mind and are for your eyes only. Morning Pages provoke, clarify, comfort, cajole, prioritize and synchronize the day at hand. Do not over-think Morning Pages; just put three pages of anything on the page…and then do three more pages tomorrow.”
