Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!
I’m Bev, a former nurse turned mindfulness coach and meditation teacher. I guide thoughtful, caring people who are curious about meditation and mindfulness to calm inner stress, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover their spark for life, love and purpose.
In 2012, I stood on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, one of the highest peaks in the world and yet, I had never felt lower.
On the outside, my life looked full. I had everything I thought I was supposed to want, but inside I felt strangely empty. I was going through the motions of a good life while losing touch with what I truly needed.
That moment on the mountain changed everything. I realized I had been so busy fulfilling roles and being who I thought I should be that I had slowly drifted away from myself.
What I didn’t know then was that what I needed wasn’t “more” of anything on the outside; I needed tools to understand myself and help me turn inward.
From Struggling to Reigniting My Spark

When I came down from the mountain, that unsettled feeling only grew stronger. My doctor, noticing my stress, gently suggested meditation and mindfulness.
At first, I approached it like the nurse I was — searching for practical, evidence-based tools to ease anxiety and what I later came to call soul hunger. But as I began to practice, something deeper shifted.
The practices weren’t just calming my mind; they were reconnecting me with the person I was beneath all the roles and responsibilities. For the first time in years, I felt genuinely excited about life again.
That’s when I understood: what had been missing wasn’t something external. It was my connection to my true self that I needed to restore.
How I Help Others Discover Their Own Path
My background as a master’s-prepared nurse taught me to see people as whole beings—body, mind, and soul. But it was my own experience of inner stress and disconnection that taught me how to guide others through similar struggles.
After leaving nursing, I spent years studying and integrating meditation, mindfulness and Enneagram work. Every practice I learned and every insight I gained served one purpose: helping people move from stress and self-doubt to feeling calm, clear, and authentically alive.
I discovered that lasting transformation doesn’t come from more information or trying harder. It comes from finding personalized meditation and mindfulness practices and a roadmap to implement them. That’s why I developed my Four Keys to Inner Peace framework—a step-by-step approach that blends the science of nervous system regulation with the soul practices of self-discovery.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people around the world through my “Ignite Your Spark” 1-1 coaching program. Watching someone reconnect with their true self and rediscover their passion for life never gets old. There’s something magical about witnessing that moment when someone realizes they’re not broken—they just needed the right tools and compassionate support.
In 2019, I published Awakening A Woman’s Soul to share these insights more widely, though my approach now serves anyone who feels that familiar ache of something missing.

My Approach: Where Science Meets Soul
As a mindfulness coach, my approach blends evidence-based practices with timeless wisdom. I draw from modern psychology, ancient contemplative practices, and nervous system science to create a path that feels both grounded and transformative.
The meditation and mindfulness training I received forms the foundation of how I help people regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
I also integrate the Enneagram of personality, which offers a powerful map for understanding the patterns that keep us stuck and finding our way back to our true nature.
This integration of science and soul allows me to meet people wherever they are — whether they’re managing stress, seeking more balance, or longing for deeper meaning and purpose.
If Your Stressed or Disconnected
Looking back, I’m grateful for that moment of emptiness on Mount Kilimanjaro. It was the beginning of everything that matters most to me now—my relationship with myself, my sense of purpose, and my ability to help others find their way home to themselves.
If you’re feeling inner stress and disconnection, even when you have much to be grateful for, I want to tell you what I wish someone had told me then: that feeling isn’t something to fix or ignore. It’s information. It’s your true self calling for attention and waiting to be heard.
