I’m Bev, a holistic stress educator, meditation teacher and Enneagram practitioner—a former master’s-prepared nurse who teaches the science and soul of stress transformation.
I help thoughtful, caring people understand what their exhaustion, overwhelm, and emptiness are really telling them — and discover how to reconnect with themselves so they can live with greater peace, presence and purpose.
Through the practices of meditation and mindfulness, and the wisdom of the Enneagram, I guide people to address the root causes of stress and transform the patterns that keep them disconnected from vitality, clarity, and well-being.
From Stress & Struggle to Peace & Possibility

In 2012, I stood on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, one of the highest peaks in the world and yet, I had never felt lower.
On the outside, my life looked great. I had a meaningful nursing career, a loving family, and much to be grateful for. But inside, I felt strangely empty—disconnected from myself and what truly mattered. I was lost, confused and stuck!
That moment changed everything. It was the beginning of a journey inward—one that helped me see that my stress was from what I now call hidden stressors: soul hunger (an ache for deeper meaning), existential questions about who I was beyond my roles, gender conditioning of what it meant to be a “good woman” and personality patterns of avoiding conflict that kept me from living a life that felt good to my soul.
What I needed wasn’t “more” of anything on the outside. I needed to understand what was really happening on the inside and find a path and the tools to discover the truest version of myself

How I Help Others Transform Stress
My background as a master’s-prepared former nurse taught me to see people as whole beings—body, mind, heart, and soul.
But it was my own experience with multiple forms of stress that taught me how to guide others through similar struggles. I learned that these hidden stressors create the same effects in the body as chronic stress, yet most approaches never address them.
After leaving nursing, I spent years studying and integrating meditation, mindfulness, and Enneagram work. Every practice I learned and every insight I gained served one purpose: helping people transform stress from both a science and soul perspective, and discover the path to healing, health and wholeness.
I discovered that lasting transformation doesn’t come from managing symptoms separately or trying harder. It comes from simple practices that create reconnection and integration.
That’s why I developed my 4 Keys to Inner Peace framework—a step-by-step approach that blends the science of nervous system regulation with the soul practices of self-discovery and meaning-making.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with people around the world through workshops, trainings, and my 1:1 coaching.
In 2019, I published Awakening A Woman’s Soul: The Power of Meditation and Mindfulness to Transform Your Life to share these insights more widely.

My Approach: Where Science Meets Soul
I teach stress transformation through a unique lens that bridges nervous system science with soul-centred wisdom—drawing from meditation research, mindfulness practices, the Enneagram, and my background in nursing.
What makes my work different is the lens through which I approach stress:
THE SCIENCE: Nervous system regulation, meditation research, mindfulness, and neuroscience—understanding how stress lives in the body and how to create physiological calm and resilience.
THE SOUL: Meaning-making, purpose, spiritual dimension, and soul hunger—reconnecting with what gives your life depth, direction, and authentic vitality.
THE INTEGRATION: Wholeness through the integration of body, mind, heart, and soul—not just symptom management, but addressing stress at its root and discovering who you’re truly meant to become.
I don’t just teach stress management. I guide people to address the root cause. Most approaches treat symptoms separately. I empower people to understand and address chronic stress AND the underrecognized hidden stressors that drain people’s life force energy.
I teach a new paradigm:
Old paradigm: Stress comes from external pressures → manage your stressors, cope better, mask symptoms
New paradigm: Stress comes from both visible stressors (chronic demands) AND hidden stressors (personality patterns, soul hunger, spiritual disconnection) → understand the sources, address the effects in your body, transform at the root
My specialty is personalizing meditation and mindfulness practices based on your Enneagram type. Unlike generic apps or one-size-fits-all approaches, I help you understand:
- The specific patterns that created your hidden stressors
- Your personality’s unique path of growth
- The practices that work best for YOUR nervous system and personality structure
- How to move from your personality’s limitations to your unique gifts
