Not at all. Many people who start with me have never meditated before, or have tried and felt like it didn’t work for them. Learn to Meditate is built as a true beginning point, a simple, steady practice you can start with as little as five minutes a day, with no spiritual performance required.

Both are available. I work with people in person here in Calgary and virtually with clients around the world, so whether you’d rather meet face to face or connect by video, the coaching itself stays just as personal either way.

Meditation coaching is the deeper, structured path, three months of meditation, mindfulness, and Enneagram-informed practice woven together. Enneagram coaching is a more focused entry point if you’re specifically curious about your personality patterns and want clarity there first. Many people start with Enneagram coaching and move into the fuller program later.

I blend nervous system science with the deeper, soulful side of this work, neither one without the other. And rather than offering a single, one-size-fits-all technique, I bring meditation, mindfulness, and the Enneagram together, so the practices can be tailored to how you’re actually wired, not just what’s trending.
